Ben Jones, Director, represented K before the Hull Crown Court. This case alleged the distribution of steroids and cannabis and the laundering of the proceeds of those acts. The prosecution sought to rely upon telephonic evidence that was not properly served in evidence and we promptly dealt with that omission. Our proactive approach enabled us to then negotiate with the prosecution resulting in nearly half of the charges being dropped. 

 

The client was then sentenced to a far lower sentence than first expected, when judging the alleged criminality against the sentencing guidelines.
