D instructed Ben Jones, Director, in relation to a 18 defendant conspiracy to import raw prohibited steroid powders, manufacture the powders and sell the end product, a Class C drug, via the internet. All defendants were also charged with conspiracy to launder the proceeds of that enterprise.
It was the prosecutions case that three Organised Crime Groups from North Wales, Yorkshire and London were involved in an industrial scale operation that made millions of pounds of profit.
Our client pleaded guilty to supplying drugs and money laundering but was not convicted of importation of prohibited goods.
